Skills-Based Hiring : ウィキペディア英語版 | Skills-Based Hiring
Skills-based hiring, or skill-based hiring, refers to the practice of employers setting specific numeric targets, typically in areas such as reading (literacy), math (numeracy), etc., that job applicants have to meet before they will be considered for employment. == Purpose == The intent of skills-based hiring is for the applicant to prove, independent of an academic degree, that he or she has the minimum skills for the job. It is also a mechanism by which the employer can clearly and publicly advertise the expectations for the job – e.g., “hiring someone who is a 5 in Listening, a 3 in Observation, a 4 in Reading,” thereby minimizing the receipt of applications from non-qualified candidates.
